1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and adb8 ("adb8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the adb8 website located at https://adb8.io and all associated services, features, games, and promotional offers available through the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register one (1) account only on the adb8 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your adb8 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• A valid and active email address accessible only by you
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your adb8 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify adb8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected]. adb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

adb8 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. KYC documents may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill dated within the last three months confirming your address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on adb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your adb8 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt. • Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity

Upon termination for cause, adb8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any remaining legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player.

13. Amendments to These Terms
